Kern EMS balance range is an economical balance with a large weighing plate ideal for use in educational settings such as schools and universities. Designed for durability and ease of use, the large, shockproof plastic weighing plate can withstand regular handling. Its particularly flat design saves space, making it perfect for crowded labs or classrooms. The ergonomically optimized keypad with large, easy-to-press keys and a high-contrast LCD display ensures clear readings and effortless operation.
For added stability, the balance is equipped with non-slip rubber feet. The built-in adjusting program (CAL) allows for quick calibration to ensure accurate measurements, with the option to purchase external test weights for further precision. Additionally, a standard draught shield is included with the EMS 300-3 unit, offering a weighing space of 145×145×65 mm to reduce the impact of environmental factors and improve measurement accuracy.
