The large mechanical stage with ergonomic focusing ensures precise adjustments, and a wide range of modular accessories are available for customisation. Additional features include a centring eyepiece, protective dust cover and camera compatibility with a C-mount adapter.

• Translucent, thin, low-contrast, challenging samples (e.g. living mammal cells, bacteria, tissue) • Choice between dimmable 3W LED or 20W halogen light source ensures bright illumination • A professional Koehler illumination unit with an adjustable field diaphragm as well as a height-adjustable 1,25 Abbe condenser which can be centred and which has an adjustable aperture diaphragm • Large mechanical stage with coarse and fine focusing knobs • A wide variety of modular systems are available such as, a swing-out condenser, various eyepieces, objectives, colour filters, phase contrast units, a darkfield condenser, a simple polarising unit, Butterfly tube, through to complete fluorescence units (see product brochure for a full list of accessories) • Trinocular unit compatible with a camera/tablet screen via a C mount adapter (optional extra) • A protective dust cover and eye cups included as standard • 3 year warranty
